No, we don’t charge sales tax, customs fees, or duties at checkout. These are handled by your local customs agency once your shipment reaches your destination country. This means no hidden fees at checkout or upon delivery.

Do you offer custom pieces?
Yes, custom work is at the heart of what we do. We specialize in made-to-measure, one-of-a-kind furniture pieces tailored to your space and style. How do I care for my stone piece?
Our stone pieces — including marble and travertine — are finished to be durable and user-friendly.

Are your plinths hollow?
No, our plinths are solid. Each one is made from 14–20mm thick stone slabs with expertly mitred edges and built with a plywood footed base for added stability and floor protection.
How heavy are your plinths?

How heavy are your Travertine or Calcutta Marble Dining Tables?
These elegant dining tables are crafted from premium stone and typically weigh 130–145kg, depending on dimensions and material. Contact us for custom specs or size adjustments at info@mayzeatelier.com.
What is the estimated delivery timeline for my order?
All of our pieces are made to order, which allows us to ensure quality and detail.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once your order has entered production, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable. If you need to make changes before processing begins, please contact us immediately at info@mayzeatelier.com. We’ll do what we can to help.
How is shipping handled?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Optional upgrades include:

We also take care of customs and duties in advance, ensuring no surprise charges when your order arrives.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Submit clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping labels.

File a claim via your customer account under the “Claims” section.
If the damage is severe, you may refuse the damaged item. We’ll work with you on a replacement, blemish discount, or a tailored resolution.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes. All Mayze Atelier furniture includes a 6-month limited warranty:

6 months for structural components (metal, solid wood)

6 months for adhesive or soft parts (threading, connectors, etc.)
